Pakistan Gold Cup 2024 – Powerscourt

The Pakistan Golf Cup 2024 took place on July 21st at the beautiful Powerscourt Golf Course. Congratulations to Irfan Hameed, our winner of the year!

Our runner-ups, Azhar Bari and Dr. Abdul Razaq, showcased remarkable skill, with Shaheen Ahmed securing the 3rd prize. Special accolades go to Usman Shaukat for the longest drive, and guest player Frankie Lawler for his impressive performance. Faisal Salim took home the prize for nearest to the pin.

The Powerscourt Golf Course was in immaculate condition, thanks to the outstanding staff and management who ensured top-notch services and a warm welcome to our society. Special appreciation goes to Powerscourt Captain John Flaherty, who played alongside Ronan Carrigan and many other esteemed members.

A Memorable Evening

After an exhilarating day on the greens, we enjoyed a delightful dinner at Daata Restaurant. The food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was filled with camaraderie and joy.

We are incredibly grateful to all our tee box sponsors for their generous support. The Pakistan Golfers Ireland raised funds for a local charity, adding a meaningful dimension to this event.
